Everything went well service done reasonably priced

I had 2 warranty issues related to my blue ‘23 ZR2 Silverado. One was quite complex with my trailer brake controller and plug. I had been to other dealers twice and they could not diagnose the issue. Finally this dealer spent enough time to actually find the issue and fix it. Brennan was great and kept me updated daily as they worked through the resolution. Confidence restored in Chevy after this experience!

Great customer service

They didn't ensure that all fasteners were secure on my rear wheel well liner installation. When I got home, I noticed that one of the fasteners was dangling in plain view. I crawled under and I believe that they had initially inserted the fastener, but neglected to snug it down. I phoned the dealership and they were very good about making it right, but I still had to take my truck back in, hence four, not five, stars. I hope it was a one off thing. Service advisor Josh Houchin was great, he did make it right and I left on a positive note.

I came in for a Oil change and tire rotation. Do they always check the cabin and engine air filter with this service? I don't recall them doing this before. Also they advised me that two screws were missing from the engine air filter. The only technicians that ever removed these screws was one of your mechanics on a previous service call. They are $9.******** each and I think it would be good if you replaced the missing screws. Also your overall service is very disconnected. I drove up to the service bay, parked and went into the service desk. A person I had never seen before was there and did not identify himself. He looked like another customer. I told him the mileage and what I was there for and he checked me in. When the car was ready, the cashier called me over to pay the bill which I did. I them asked her where my car was and she said I DON'T KNOW! Lucky for me I had noticed my car going by the showroom windows just before the cashier called me over to pay the bill. This is POOR service! Not a happy customer

Josh the service manager is great! He is responsive and professional. I will come back because of Josh! Josh the service advisor requires improvement. He does not proactively communicate. He is hard to get a hold of, did not have vehicle status when I did get a hold of him, and never called back with status as he said he would.

I had an appointment set for new tires, three weeks before the appointment date. I received a call a hour before the service, letting me know they didnt have tires in stock for my appointment. I am VERY disappointed in the lack of preparness the service department. This service leaves me with a salty taste in my mouth and makes me question if they are capable of doing other services besides oil changes.

The car is new to me and the problem was difficult to diagnose at first but your mechanic did find the real issue that was unfortunately caused by a previous attempted fix at a different dealer in a different state. Your mechanic was able to repair the damage and so far everything is working fine and hopefully it will continue to a resolved issue. Your service advisor also did a great job of keeping me informed.

Nice people, quick service However - Your 2% credit card fee is ridiculous and makes me consider finding another dealer to service my truck. Do you really want cash? That will cost you more than 2% to process……essentially a 2% price increase - jerk move!!

Had an appointment and the truck was not looked at for a day and then a different tech looked at the truck and misdiagnosed the recall and the truck ended up being there for 3 days. The service rep was really good and answered all my questions.

I came in for an oil change and was told I have a leak somewhere. I asked where the leak was from and told I need to bring my truck back in and a diagnostic would need to be done and the dealership would need my vehicle for two days to accomplish this. I don’t understand why I was not at least told where the leak was coming from so I could make an educated decision on what needed to be done to fix it. It makes me feel like I might as well just go to a Jiffy Lube type business for oil changes if this is the customer service experience I’m gonna get from the dealership.

Our Trailblazer broke down in Ft. Collins and Brennan and his team did an excellent job of helping us. He was understanding and did everything in his power to get us back on the road unfortunately the repair didn’t work but he didn’t give up and stayed late to help us. The customer service from everyone at the dealership was amazing and top notch! A role model for other dealerships!

Overall it was a good experience with the service staff. But the exceptionally high cost for an oil change is the reason we will not be returning for routine maintenance.

Several years ago, I purchased a new Chevrolet Traverse while living in Wyoming but chose to have the vehicle serviced at Davidson Gebhardt. During the first three years, the Traverse experienced multiple issues. However, at that time, the service department consistently provided excellent support. I was so appreciative of their efforts that I left a 5-star review on Google and later returned to purchase a 2024 Colorado. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered recurring issues with my new truck similar to those I faced with the Traverse. What’s most disappointing is that the level of service I once valued at Davidson Gebhardt has noticeably declined. This feedback is not based on a single experience but on an ongoing pattern. Communication has become a major concern—I rarely receive return calls, and it's nearly impossible to get in touch with my service advisor directly. Repairs are seldom completed by the end of the day and are often not started at all. The lack of follow-through has been frustrating, and I’ve grown increasingly tired of being without my vehicle and not having my concerns addressed. As a result, I’ve chosen to have my Chevrolet vehicles serviced at Loveland Buick GMC moving forward.

The lady that checked is in was very dis organized as if she was unsure what she was doing. Had to keep checking back with her with information she needed! THEN WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE 2.5 PERCENT CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME TO USE MY GM CREDIT CARD! Will be looking for a new place to get my automobile serviced. I have been a customer at Davidson Chevrolet for over 30 years

Gebhardt Chevrolet stepped up & fixed our '24 Traverse technology issues & a paint issue the tech tried to cover up. Gebhardt owner stepped in & made it right, along with the temporary service manager who was wonderful. GM engineers got involved & the recent new Service Manager seems to be just the right fit for the job. GM engineers definitely need to update thier car manuals to point out the limitations of the assisted hands free parking system. Manual says it picks up parking spots up to 18 mph..... which was ridiculous to begin with, actually is 3-4 mph and within 2 meters of parked vehicles (not in the manual). Every module in the car was replaced, then 6 weeks for GM to figure out the expectations were way to high & specific unpublished directions need to be closely followed. Management & owner took car of us & 8 months of in & out of appointments for various new car issues is finally over. It seems like every car manufacturer involves repeat warranty issues in the 1st year of new car ownership lately for bugs & quality issues. Kudos to Gebhardt for stepping up.

This was probably one of our best experiences in buying a new car. We have bought numerous new cars in the past, but all the people involved made this a great experience. Marlon, our salesman, was very accommodating and made you feel like part of the family. They were so friendly and easy to deal with. My wife and I enjoyed our experience with them and would do it in a heartbeat again. We would recommend any family and friends as well.

Everything went without a hitch. I dropped my truck off at the dealership, and got a ride in the van back to work. When the job was done, I was picked up at work and delivered back to the dealership. I paid for the oil change and drove home. It doesn't get easier than that!

Marlin was outstanding, no games, no bull. Unlike the chevy dealer in Cheyenne (Tryell) who did not want to deal and the the one in Gilbert Az (Autonation) who was deceptive at best.

I brought my car in for the second time for the same issue. I brought it in Saturday for an oil change and had them keep it until Monday or Tuesday when it could be looked at. I called Wednesday and they said they would call back. No one ever called back. The girl I did talk to said I was working with someone else (I hadn’t been in contact with anyone) and that that person was out. Out or not I feel every person taking the call should know what’s going on or find out. I got my car back Thursday. If I end up coming in again for the same issue and being told it’s a software update I am not going to be happy.

Usually service is great. This time they forgot to air the tires which were low. I had to go back. They did apparently rotate the tires because I then noticed that the wheel lock was missing from the original package. I had to again come back and have them look for it. It was apparently put separately into my glove box. The package is always stored in the storage area in the rear of the Tahoe which is where the package was left. That package was also left open and just laying there. Kind of a comedy show without the being funny.

I have been coming for many years to have the oil changed our vehicles. Over the past year the service has continued to get slower and slower. Instead of getting a quality oil change, tires rotated and a wash in under 1 hour this time I waited an hour and a half for an oil change abs a wash.

It was very good! I was looking to purchase a Corvette -- but with very specific options and color. My sales agent (Craig Hansen) was of tremendous help in trying to locate, and finally configure, the exact car that I wanted. I subsequently ordered it, and I now have it and it has been a delight to drive.

My salesperson, Connor, made the entire process seamless from start to finish. I never even had to step foot in the dealership until it was time to sign papers! We did all the negotiating over phone and text, and they even brought in the exact 2026 Chevy Colorado ZR2 Bison I wanted from another dealer. Connor also helped me work out two trades — my Bronco and my 4Runner — quickly and fairly. I had an appointment to close at 4:00 and was out the door by 4:30. That never happens! Usually, car purchases drag on for hours. Good service in good time. However..I very much do not appreciate being charged a fee for using a credit card. I was not informed of this beforehand and did not have a debit card with me. Services like yours are typically paid for with credit cards and it is unfair to charge extra for that.
