Our Trailblazer broke down in Ft. Collins and Brennan and his team did an excellent job of helping us. He was understanding and did everything in his power to get us back on the road unfortunately the repair didn’t work but he didn’t give up and stayed late to help us. The customer service from everyone at the dealership was amazing and top notch! A role model for other dealerships!

This was probably one of our best experiences in buying a new car. We have bought numerous new cars in the past, but all the people involved made this a great experience. Marlon, our salesman, was very accommodating and made you feel like part of the family. They were so friendly and easy to deal with. My wife and I enjoyed our experience with them and would do it in a heartbeat again. We would recommend any family and friends as well.

Several years ago, I purchased a new Chevrolet Traverse while living in Wyoming but chose to have the vehicle serviced at Davidson Gebhardt. During the first three years, the Traverse experienced multiple issues. However, at that time, the service department consistently provided excellent support. I was so appreciative of their efforts that I left a 5-star review on Google and later returned to purchase a 2024 Colorado. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered recurring issues with my new truck similar to those I faced with the Traverse. What’s most disappointing is that the level of service I once valued at Davidson Gebhardt has noticeably declined. This feedback is not based on a single experience but on an ongoing pattern. Communication has become a major concern—I rarely receive return calls, and it's nearly impossible to get in touch with my service advisor directly. Repairs are seldom completed by the end of the day and are often not started at all. The lack of follow-through has been frustrating, and I’ve grown increasingly tired of being without my vehicle and not having my concerns addressed. As a result, I’ve chosen to have my Chevrolet vehicles serviced at Loveland Buick GMC moving forward.

Oil change, tire rotation, wash

Quick easy process.

Gebhardt Chevrolet stepped up & fixed our '24 Traverse technology issues & a paint issue the tech tried to cover up. Gebhardt owner stepped in & made it right, along with the temporary service manager who was wonderful. GM engineers got involved & the recent new Service Manager seems to be just the right fit for the job. GM engineers definitely need to update thier car manuals to point out the limitations of the assisted hands free parking system. Manual says it picks up parking spots up to 18 mph..... which was ridiculous to begin with, actually is 3-4 mph and within 2 meters of parked vehicles (not in the manual). Every module in the car was replaced, then 6 weeks for GM to figure out the expectations were way to high & specific unpublished directions need to be closely followed. Management & owner took car of us & 8 months of in & out of appointments for various new car issues is finally over. It seems like every car manufacturer involves repeat warranty issues in the 1st year of new car ownership lately for bugs & quality issues. Kudos to Gebhardt for stepping up.

Such a great experience. Very honest and do incredible work. Went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle taken care of.

Overall it was a good experience with the service staff. But the exceptionally high cost for an oil change is the reason we will not be returning for routine maintenance.

Had an appointment and the truck was not looked at for a day and then a different tech looked at the truck and misdiagnosed the recall and the truck ended up being there for 3 days. The service rep was really good and answered all my questions.

Caylee (service) was awesome. She helped us clarify the details of the service we had originally scheduled, there was some confusion about costs and time needed to provide it. One point to note: We left with a low tire pressure reading which I thought would have been addressed. Paul in parts was awesome! Friendly professional. Nice people, quick service However - Your 2% credit card fee is ridiculous and makes me consider finding another dealer to service my truck. Do you really want cash? That will cost you more than 2% to process……essentially a 2% price increase - jerk move!!

It was very good! I was looking to purchase a Corvette -- but with very specific options and color. My sales agent (Craig Hansen) was of tremendous help in trying to locate, and finally configure, the exact car that I wanted. I subsequently ordered it, and I now have it and it has been a delight to drive.

It was quick

I brought my car in for the second time for the same issue. I brought it in Saturday for an oil change and had them keep it until Monday or Tuesday when it could be looked at. I called Wednesday and they said they would call back. No one ever called back. The girl I did talk to said I was working with someone else (I hadn’t been in contact with anyone) and that that person was out. Out or not I feel every person taking the call should know what’s going on or find out. I got my car back Thursday. If I end up coming in again for the same issue and being told it’s a software update I am not going to be happy.

Usually service is great. This time they forgot to air the tires which were low. I had to go back. They did apparently rotate the tires because I then noticed that the wheel lock was missing from the original package. I had to again come back and have them look for it. It was apparently put separately into my glove box. The package is always stored in the storage area in the rear of the Tahoe which is where the package was left. That package was also left open and just laying there. Kind of a comedy show without the being funny.

I have used Davidson-Gebhardt Chevrolet for several decades. I have always received excellent treatment by staff. Marlin Fietz completed the purchase and trade of my Tahoe for a new Tahoe in an efficient and enjoyable manner. We will continue to use this dealership for any future needs for our Tahoe.

This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Davison Gebheart Chevrolet. We live in another state (about 160 miles away) and we have been pleased with the customer service and knowledge of the sales team and finance department. We worked with a new salesperson who did a good job keeping us informed as the finance portion was being completed. Blake in finance was the previous salesperson we dealt with, and we were pleased with him completing the finance portion of our purchase.

Took truck in to see what's wrong with 4wd in the morning,they were able to diagnose the problem,had the part in stock. Was fixed and I had my truck back at end of the day. Macheala ( sorry if spelled wrong) is always great to work with. She is good at keeping me updated on my trucks progress

The work and staff at the dealership were above reproach. My disappointment comes from the cost of the fix to replace the defective part. I had recently brought the vehicle at 3 times for the ongoing issue of having intermittent sound issues in the vehicle during the warranty period, where each time it was checked and/or given a software update, in which the problem was never solved. Now, out of the warranty period, an amplifier was recommended to be replaced and I had to pay for the amplifier for the fix. I am frustrated that during the warranty period the problem was not fixed and out of the warranty period I had to pay for the replacement, which now seems to have fixed the problem.

I am 70 years old and have been buying vehicles from prestige Longmont for many many years. This process was the most pleasant and easiest experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Thank you all again.

I wrote the below note to the dealership this past Monday using the contact form on their website. I have yet to hear back so trying to get a response here instead “ Hi, I was recently in to see the service department for an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked the service advisor to have the tech check the brakes this go around. During the visit it was communicated that both the brake pads and rotors (fronts) were in rough shape. Pads were worn (not a surprise given I asked to check) and scoring on the rotors. Was given a price to replace both and it was also communicated that the pads being so low is what caused the scoring on the rotors which then required replacement. I had no issue with the pad replacement, I expected it. My issue comes from my last service appt for an oil change and tire rotation. It was never communicated how much pad life I had left or that there was any concern. If the pads were checked, and then the pad thickness remaining communicated to me at that time, I would have went ahead and replaced the pads. But since it was not communicated to me, they got so low between appointments, that damage was caused to the rotors which now required replacement and quite a few extra hundred out of pocket on my end. I mentioned this to the advisor at the time but they didn’t seem responsive and I didn’t want to push the issue. Figured I’d just reach out afterwards. I’ve been using both your Chevrolet dealer and Subaru dealer for quite a long time. I also recently purchased a new Subaru from your dealership. It would be very much appreciated if you could reach out to discuss this matter or to consider potentially giving a discount to my service given what I described. Everything went without a hitch. I dropped my truck off at the dealership, and got a ride in the van back to work. When the job was done, I was picked up at work and delivered back to the dealership. I paid for the oil change and drove home. It doesn't get easier than that!

On time and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been coming for many years to have the oil changed our vehicles. Over the past year the service has continued to get slower and slower. Instead of getting a quality oil change, tires rotated and a wash in under 1 hour this time I waited an hour and a half for an oil change abs a wash.

I've been buying cars from Davidson Gebhardt for several decades and will continue to do so. The excellence in service, professionalism and follow up after the sale are what brings me back time and time again. I highly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a new Chevy vehicle or reliable used vehicle stop in, you'll see what I mean.

I dis not have my car serviced on the date mentioned. However I did a while back and there was an issue with my windshield that I was supposed to get a call about when it could be fixed. A month or two ago and still no word.

Good service in good time. However..I very much do not appreciate being charged a fee for using a credit card. I was not informed of this beforehand and did not have a debit card with me. Services like yours are typically paid for with credit cards and it is unfair to charge extra for that.

Best car-buying experience ever! I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. My salesperson, Connor, made the entire process seamless from start to finish. I never even had to step foot in the dealership until it was time to sign papers! We did all the negotiating over phone and text, and they even brought in the exact 2026 Chevy Colorado ZR2 Bison I wanted from another dealer. Connor also helped me work out two trades — my Bronco and my 4Runner — quickly and fairly. I had an appointment to close at 4:00 and was out the door by 4:30. That never happens! Usually, car purchases drag on for hours. My car had not been in for service for a couple of years and I wanted a full review of what was needed to get it in tip top shape. I felt she was tuned into my request & answered all my questions. She didn't push any unnecessary repairs or maintenance but did offer a plan for when a few future items should be addressed and provided quotes for the service/parts. I actually felt good when I picked up my car and paid the bill. I knew all items were addressed that day and a plan in place for the next season. Things were going great, then after much negotiation at the very end after I set up onstar and the did the hard hit on my credit found out that I was financing the wrong vehicle. I was told I would not get the deal I had negotiated because the car I wanted was more money so I ended up paying way more than I expected. Was told was honest mistake but it does seem a little sketchy and left bad taste on the experience. The bad thing for your dealership is that my roommate’s sister and brother in law were going to come in this weekend to buy a Silverado diesel and an equinox but now they have decided to go elsewhere.

Yes, the part was delayed and the parts department had to search for it. Yes, we had to wait for over a week to get our truck fixed but the service advisor was excellent! Thanks!

The lady that checked is in was very dis organized as if she was unsure what she was doing. Had to keep checking back with her with information she needed! THEN WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE 2.5 PERCENT CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME TO USE MY GM CREDIT CARD! Will be looking for a new place to get my automobile serviced. I went in for a 7500 mile tire rotation and multi point inspection. The tires were rotated, doesn’t say anywhere on the paperwork that the inspection was done. I also had a warranty issue with the drivers side seat squeaking. That issue wasn’t addressed or resolved. To top off this visit, they parked my car right next to the grass and the sprinkler system went off, getting my pristine vehicle wet and dirty. This place had awful service!
