I had 2 warranty issues related to my blue ‘23 ZR2 Silverado. One was quite complex with my trailer brake controller and plug. I had been to other dealers twice and they could not diagnose the issue. They didn't ensure that all fasteners were secure on my rear wheel well liner installation. When I got home, I noticed that one of the fasteners was dangling in plain view. I crawled under and I believe that they had initially inserted the fastener, but neglected to snug it down. I phoned the dealership and they were very good about making it right, but I still had to take my truck back in, hence four, not five, stars. I hope it was a one off thing. Service advisor Josh Houchin was great, he did make it right and I left on a positive note.

I came in for a Oil change and tire rotation. Do they always check the cabin and engine air filter with this service? I don't recall them doing this before. Also they advised me that two screws were missing from the engine air filter. The only technicians that ever removed these screws was one of your mechanics on a previous service call. They are $9.******** each and I think it would be good if you replaced the missing screws. Also your overall service is very disconnected. I drove up to the service bay, parked and went into the service desk. A person I had never seen before was there and did not identify himself. He looked like another customer. I told him the mileage and what I was there for and he checked me in. When the car was ready, the cashier called me over to pay the bill which I did. I them asked her where my car was and she said I DON'T KNOW! Lucky for me I had noticed my car going by the showroom windows just before the cashier called me over to pay the bill. This is POOR service! Not a happy customer

I had an appointment set for new tires, three weeks before the appointment date. I received a call a hour before the service, letting me know they didnt have tires in stock for my appointment. I am VERY disappointed in the lack of preparness the service department. This service leaves me with a salty taste in my mouth and makes me question if they are capable of doing other services besides oil changes.

I came in for an oil change and was told I have a leak somewhere. I asked where the leak was from and told I need to bring my truck back in and a diagnostic would need to be done and the dealership would need my vehicle for two days to accomplish this. I don’t understand why I was not at least told where the leak was coming from so I could make an educated decision on what needed to be done to fix it. It makes me feel like I might as well just go to a Jiffy Lube type business for oil changes if this is the customer service experience I’m gonna get from the dealership.

Several years ago, I purchased a new Chevrolet Traverse while living in Wyoming but chose to have the vehicle serviced at Davidson Gebhardt. During the first three years, the Traverse experienced multiple issues. However, at that time, the service department consistently provided excellent support. I was so appreciative of their efforts that I left a 5-star review on Google and later returned to purchase a 2024 Colorado. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered recurring issues with my new truck similar to those I faced with the Traverse. What’s most disappointing is that the level of service I once valued at Davidson Gebhardt has noticeably declined. This feedback is not based on a single experience but on an ongoing pattern. Communication has become a major concern—I rarely receive return calls, and it's nearly impossible to get in touch with my service advisor directly. Repairs are seldom completed by the end of the day and are often not started at all. The lack of follow-through has been frustrating, and I’ve grown increasingly tired of being without my vehicle and not having my concerns addressed. As a result, I’ve chosen to have my Chevrolet vehicles serviced at Loveland Buick GMC moving forward.

Gebhardt Chevrolet stepped up & fixed our '24 Traverse technology issues & a paint issue the tech tried to cover up. Gebhardt owner stepped in & made it right, along with the temporary service manager who was wonderful. GM engineers got involved & the recent new Service Manager seems to be just the right fit for the job. GM engineers definitely need to update thier car manuals to point out the limitations of the assisted hands free parking system. Manual says it picks up parking spots up to 18 mph..... which was ridiculous to begin with, actually is 3-4 mph and within 2 meters of parked vehicles (not in the manual). Every module in the car was replaced, then 6 weeks for GM to figure out the expectations were way to high & specific unpublished directions need to be closely followed. Management & owner took car of us & 8 months of in & out of appointments for various new car issues is finally over. It seems like every car manufacturer involves repeat warranty issues in the 1st year of new car ownership lately for bugs & quality issues. Kudos to Gebhardt for stepping up.

I brought my car in for the second time for the same issue. I brought it in Saturday for an oil change and had them keep it until Monday or Tuesday when it could be looked at. I called Wednesday and they said they would call back. No one ever called back. The girl I did talk to said I was working with someone else (I hadn’t been in contact with anyone) and that that person was out. Out or not I feel every person taking the call should know what’s going on or find out. I got my car back Thursday. If I end up coming in again for the same issue and being told it’s a software update I am not going to be happy.

Usually service is great. This time they forgot to air the tires which were low. I had to go back. They did apparently rotate the tires because I then noticed that the wheel lock was missing from the original package. I had to again come back and have them look for it. It was apparently put separately into my glove box. The package is always stored in the storage area in the rear of the Tahoe which is where the package was left. That package was also left open and just laying there. Kind of a comedy show without the being funny.

Good service in good time. However..I very much do not appreciate being charged a fee for using a credit card. I was not informed of this beforehand and did not have a debit card with me. Services like yours are typically paid for with credit cards and it is unfair to charge extra for that.
